This is a beginners Ashtanga Yoga practice, but don’t let the word "beginners" fool you.
Ashtanga yoga is a deeply challenging practice for the mind and body.
One of the beautiful things about Ashtanga is that you’re forced to learn how to find simplicity in the most challenging situations.
And, because you probably really want to learn the challenging postures, it takes work to actually appreciate, have patience, and not skip through the simple ones.
This practice is a workout, and will make you more fit, strong, and flexible, but it goes deeper than that...
When you pay attention to what’s going in your mind, and how you react to situations, you’ll begin to

♥ Become more in tune with your intuition.
♥ Have deep realizations about how you can use these tools off the mat to heal your heart, make your life easier, find happiness, and total inner peace.
