If there’s one
thing Monica’s great it, it’s guiding newcomers in their yoga practice. Monica made me feel comfortable and was enthusiastic to teach me the basics – step by step. She also encouraged me to start an at home practice so that I could clear the clutter from my mind on a daily basis. I now have my own customized yoga and meditation practice, which I can do in as little as 10 minutes. Monica has helped me find balance in my life and clarity in my mind.
