September 29, 2014 By Monica Stone-Thompson Leave a Comment

Hi Everyone!

October is right around the corner!  I’m so excited to be hosting my first Instagram Yoga Challenge with two lovely yogis, Colure and Rose!

This challenge is called: #STOPDROPASHTANGA

You guessed it! It’s an Ashtanga for beginners challenge!

I’m going to be sticking to traditional Ashtanga postures showing all modifications, and Colure and Rose are going to do fun flows and variations for each posture.

We have five sponsors and prizes to giveaway! How funny is it that we thought we wouldn’t be able to find sponsors? Since we have so many prizes, we’re going to make it fun and give out a prize each week, with two prizes in the last week October. We’ll have a total of 4 winners.

Here’s how it works:

OUR JOB:

A. Rose, Colure, and I will follow the calendar of postures below.

B. We will post a posture the night before, so the first posture will be posted September 30th.
