You all know I’ve been doing Instagram challenges here and there, but I’m stoked to tell ya that I’m going to be hosting them throughout 2016. Yippeeee!
The JANUARY YOGA CHALLENGE is #StartStrong2016 !

What I love about these challenges is that it let’s me be a little more creative. I get to experiment with postures that I don’t practice often since I’m so dedicated to my Ashtanga practice.
I like to call this my #YogaExploration time.
Plus, I joined with three awesome yogis that will also post with modifications and variations.
I know some yoga postures can be like, “whaaaa… my leg doesn’t do that!”
No fear! @hungryforbalanceheather @ourfittribe and @mandelicious and I will show you step-by-step how to rock these postures.

How To Join:
Anyone can join in and it’s for ALL levels!

How to get started:
1. FOLLOW US ALL ON INSTAGRAM: @theyogimovement & @hungryforbalanceheather @ourfittribe @mandelicious @myinnermaster
2. REPOST this image to your Instagram feed (Take a screen shot or use the repost app). Make sure you tag a friend to do it with you.
3. PRACTICE with us starting January 1st & take a photo of the daily pose (or your best attempt or modification).
All of the hosts will post the night before, and then YOU post the day after.
Our first post will be December 31st. Yours will be January 1st! If you’re not sure how to do a posture, make sure you check out all of our variations, and choose your favorite.
