Welcome to The Yogi Movement, Yoga Freedom Project Facebook Page. This is a community where students of yoga all get together to discuss their wins, challenges, and can feel safe ask any questions to a supportive group. Learn more about it here!

 

 

You’re already aware yoga and meditation are important to helping you find clarity on your path. Sometimes it’s just hard to make yourself do it with all of the craziness you’ve got going on, right?

I know that the thought of taking time to relax when you have a million other things going on makes you a little nervous, plus it probably doesn’t feel worth it because it seems impossible to relax your mind right now.

The truth is that you know after you practice yoga, you always feel better in your body and more balanced in your life.

Reality Check: Taking the time to do yoga actually helps you make better decisions, get things done, and creates more space in your day!

A FEW GUIDELINES

The group is all about community, connection and support, not spam and promos. I also want to keep the wall less cluttered with stuff so those who have questions or need support can have their posts easily found by the rest of us. So here are a few guidelines you should read before jumping in:

  • Sharing useful resources that are related to yoga, self care, inspiration, and life clarity is always okay. Just make sure it is something that will truly benefit the group.
  • This is a place where we share personal information, so everything in this group is confidential. What is discussed in this group MUST stay in the group.
  • This needs to be a place where you feel safe to share whatever you want, and know that you’re not being judged. Please be kind. Anyone that is mean, disrespectful, or offensive will be removed from the group.
  • Please DO NOT post promotional links to your services or products unless it is directly related to a particular conversation.
