- The Ashtanga Foundations Audio Track( mp3) Breath, Bandhas, and Drishti: You will learn the foundations of the yoga practice. We start by practicing breathing techniques. Then, I teach you how to locate and understand the bandhas (energy locks) in the body. Next we talk about the drishti, which is the asana of the eyes. You’ll learn how to utilize these foundations in your practice, which makes it into a moving meditation.
