Stop Drop And Yoga At The Office

July 16, 2014 By Monica Stone-Thompson 2 Comments

When you have a full time job, perhaps a toddler at home, and a ton other responsibilities to attend to, it can be easy to let yoga or exercise fall off the priority list.

The only problem with this is that yoga helps keep a stressful life in check!

  • How to deal with stressful situations
  • How to be more patient
  • Compassionate towards others and yourself
  • How to create structure and discipline by finding time for yoga in your life every day

OMG this is too cute! Although I don’t have to leave my house to go to work, I can certainly work on a few of these when I am in my home office late in the evening. I will do one tonight and post!
